i went through something similar last year, absolutely stress-inducing even though it resolved fine in the end. turned out they'd flagged my account for a routine aml review. broker should have communicated that immediately instead of just saying 'processing'. update us when it resolves.

moved to cmc after losing a friend's money at a cheaper broker that froze withdrawals the lesson: with capital that matters to your life, broker quality is not where you optimize for cost. cmc costs more but i sleep at night
