watchdog on a separate process is the move. also keep your stops server-side, not just managed in EA memory. if the vps reboots or the terminal dies, a server-side stop still protects you. an in-memory stop disappears the moment the process does.

any non-japanese traders here used them? would love to know about onboarding experience for international clients and whether the language/timezone aspect is manageable.

hf markets after the rebrand from hotforexnot necessarily. legitimate businesses rebrand for many reasons (modernization, geographic expansion, mergers). red flag rebrands are: 1) broker with multiple recent rebrands trying to escape bad history, 2) rebrand combined with sudden new entity in different jurisdiction, 3) rebrand combined with policy changes that hurt clients. hf markets rebrand was clean - same entity, same regulation, refreshed brand.
