this thing has been around forever, like 2010s era. surprised its still sold. anyone running the current version. does an ea from that era even still work in todays spreads/conditions or is it a museum piece

ran the old version years ago, was actually ok in its prime. the problem with any old ea is the market regime it was tuned for is gone. tighter spreads, different volatility, algos everywhere. an ea from 2012 is fighting a 2026 market. some get free 'updates' but its usually just re-optimised parameters not a real fix

the troll isnt wrong. old EA brands survive on recognition. if it really still worked unchanged for 14 years through covid + every regime shift, thatd be the only edge in history. demand the recent live myfxbook, not the legacy one from 2014
