whats the best session to trade if i have a day job

i work 9-5 so i can only trade evenings (im in europe). is the london or ny session better for me, or am i just stuck trading the worst times. dont wanna force trades during dead hours

europe evening = ny session is open, thats actually GOOD timing. ny overlap with london (afternoon your time) is the most liquid window of the day. you got lucky with the schedule honestly, lots of people are stuck with the dead asian hours

i trade ny only for the same reason (job). pro tip: trade the first 2-3 hours of ny then stop. dont sit there till midnight forcing trades into the low-liquidity close. one good window beats 6 hours of staring
