axiory belize regulated, anyone using them long term
-
considering moving some capital to axiory after 2 years on xm. they're belize regulated which i know isnt tier 1, but they have segregated accounts and ive read decent things about execution quality.
the worry is the belize licensing. its better than nothing but worse than asic or fca. for a $20k account, am i overthinking the safety angle?
who here is actually trading with axiory now? what's your withdrawal experience like?

been on axiory for 11 months. execution is actually solid, on par with my pepperstone account. 4 withdrawals processed, none over 3 business days. but i wouldnt put my main capital there. belize regulation means if they decide not to pay you have very limited recourse.

@newbie practically? not much. belize IFSC accepts complaints but rarely takes action against brokers. you can chargeback card deposits within 120 days (after that the card scheme refuses). wire transfers are essentially unrecoverable. compare to FCA where there is a real compensation scheme up to 85k GBP per client. that's the difference.

belize brokers are fine until theyre not. cyprus brokers are fine until theyre not. the only safe broker is a broker you havent had a problem with yet.
