vantage international, anyone moved to them and stayed

vantage has been pushing visibility hard in 2025-2026. asic regulated entity for some clients, offshore for others, decent raw pricing on majors. they're aggressively trying to displace pepperstone and ic markets in the active trader segment.
for those whove tried vantage seriously: were they good enough to stay long term, or did you eventually move back to one of the bigger names?

moved from pepperstone to vantage in mid-2024. execution quality comparable, slight edge to pepperstone on stops during news. customer support at vantage actually a bit better - faster response, more knowledgeable agents in my experience. spreads slightly tighter at vantage on some pairs, slightly wider on others. essentially equivalent quality. stayed at vantage because their dashboard analytics are better for my workflow.

+1. vantage is genuinely in the top tier alongside pepperstone and ic markets now. the days of these brokers being clearly differentiated by quality are basically over. they're all very good with minor differences. choose based on workflow fit and customer service experience.
-
when quality is similar, choose by: 1) jurisdiction match (asic entity if you're in AU, cysec if EU, etc), 2) platform availability (ctrader vs mt5), 3) deposit/withdrawal methods that work in your country, 4) customer service language and response times in your timezone. these practical factors matter more than tiny pricing differences when overall quality is comparable.
-
factually theyre different companies with different ownership, infrastructure, and risk management. they're competitively similar to clients but not the same product. brand differences exist for legitimate reasons (different regulatory entities, different liquidity providers, different platform tech).

i ran simultaneous accounts at vantage and ic markets for 6 months. tracked every metric. results: 95% similar execution quality. tiny edge to ic markets on extreme news events, tiny edge to vantage on customer service speed. negligible practical difference. picked vantage based on personal workflow preferences.
