The dealer has been fine but the last bill had a few line items I didn't fully understand and when I asked they got a bit vague, which left a bad taste. A colleague mentioned Royal Prince Auto Care Audi service and said he's been taking his Q7 there for two years without issues, but I wanted to hear from more than one person before committing. Specifically I'm wondering if they use genuine parts and whether they log the service properly so it shows up in the history, because I plan to sell in a year or two and don't want gaps. Also curious about turnaround time, do they need the car overnight or can it be done in a day. If anyone's got firsthand experience I'd appreciate it.
