<![CDATA[year one trading retrospective - what I actually learned vs what I thought I would learn]]>just hit 12 months of live trading. want to write a proper retrospective because i've seen a few others do it and they helped me when i was starting. fair warning: this is not a 'i made it' post. this is a 'here's what actually happened' post.

net result: down about 8% on a small account. the losses hurt but not catastrophic. here's what i actually learned.
